# Compliance Manager, MLRO

What you do Allianz Partners Japan is strengthening its Compliance capability at a critical point of growth and regulatory change. This role has been created to safeguard the business can continue to operate safely, credibly and in line with regulatory expectations across its in scope entities. You contribute both locally and through a relevant Compliance Global Practice Group of Allianz Partners. This is a delivery-focused Compliance role. The emphasis is on identifying risk, closing control gaps, supporting audits and regulatory reviews, promoting a culture of integrity and fostering compliance frameworks work in practice - not just on paper. You will work closely with senior leaders, regulators and auditors, and will be expected to exercise sound judgement, provide challenge where needed, and drive tangible outcomes. Reporting to the Allianz Partners Regional Head of Compliance, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and visibility - whilst taking into consideration local regulations, Allianz Partners’ internal rules and Alliant Group requirements.
