As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you’ll design insightful Power BI dashboards, automate complex reporting (Excel/VBA/Power Query/SSIS), and build KPI scorecards that drive planning, capacity, and performance. This role works across five main Lines of Business, partnering with stakeholders to interrogate operational and financial data, present clear recommendations, and standardize MIS processes-working with AI/ML, analytics, and cloud tools under strong data governance. If you thrive at the intersection of analytics, automation, and storytelling, this role offers global scope, visibility, and real impact.\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards\nAutomate reporting/data workflows (Excel/VBA, Power Query, SSIS)\nAnalyze operational metrics (volume, efficiency, cycle time, quality, service)\nProduce and distribute accurate, timely management reports\nDocument MIS processes; improve data quality and controls\nPresent clear, actionable insights to stakeholders\nUtilize generative AI to enhance analysis, reporting automation, and insight summaries\nSupport forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management\nWhat you’ll bring\nBachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering/MIS or related\n3+ years in data analysis/science/engineering in performance-driven environments\nStrong SQL; advanced Excel; experience with Power BI and VBA\nExcellent communication; able to manage multiple priorities\nContinuous improvement mindset\nFluent in English and Thai (written and verbal)\nExperience utilizing generative AI in analytics/reporting workflows\nNice to have (not required)\nETL experience (Pentaho preferred); SSIS\nPython for data wrangling/automation\nAutomated reporting (scheduled refreshes, subscriptions, SSRS/Power Automate)\nExperience with SAP or similar financial systems; large matrix orgs (insurance/assistance)\nFamiliarity with data governance; WFM/CRM/telephony systems\nWhat we offer:\nOur employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
