We shape it.\nOverall Objectives of Job:\nTo support the Internal Audit function, in all aspects of Internal Audit work.\nConducting audits identifying business risks and assessing the effectiveness of controls operating over:Allianz Services entities internal processes\nServices provided by Allianz Services to its customers\n\nIdentify, analyze and evaluate risks within business processes.\nDraft audit programs to effectively test the design and operational effectiveness of the system of internal controls.\nPerform walkthroughs and audit audit activities, as assigned.\nContributes to identifying risk-based control weaknesses and defining actionable recommendations for various processes\nCollaborate with management on the development of action plans to ensure risks are mitigated appropriately.\nMaintains the audit documentation in timely manner and support audit manager in finalization of audit findings\nAuditor documents working papers, writes audit reports, supports in audit exit meetings, and works with other colleagues to ensure the complexities of the various IT components are understood and adequately secured using appropriately tools and technologies.\nPerform audit finding follow-up and escalation as appropriate.\nEnsure compliance with the audit policies, minimum standards and guidelines\nRecommend improvements of quality, workflows, processes, security standards and documentation requirements.\nConduct SOG/NFRM controls ToE process within execution audits.\nWork in international audit teams and support in Internal Audit OE Customer Assurance activities and venues.\nExtensive finance auditors experience along with IT Audit will be added advantage.\nApply the Performance Management and Appraisal process, including target setting and regular performance target review, to ensure that the overall targets of the function are achieved.\nKeep own training, i.e. professional qualifications, and technical knowledge up to date, undertaking CPE where required.\nUndertake Relationship Management, ensuring that the business areas are kept informed of any arising audit issues.\nQualification & Experience\nAt least 3 years of professional experience in auditing Finance, Governance and ITGC reviews.\nExpertise in a process understanding of various financial processes and basic knowledge of IT processes, risk and controls\nKnowledge of international frameworks like COBIT, COSO and international standards like IFRS and IPPF\nApplying analytical thinking, root cause analysis, methodological and conceptual as well as consulting skills\nBusiness know how within other functions, regions and entities of Allianz Group is beneficial\nTeam spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive and committed working style\nAbility to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures\nWillingness to minimum travel\nSound and comprehensive communications skills to exchange information\nAgility and commitment to continuous learning\nAbility to cooperate efficiently with clients and different departments as well as willingness to support new team members\nPrior experience in Big4 or other consulting preferred\nProficiency in MS office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nAbility to work in a fast paced, collaborative, result-oriented environment\n108781 | Audit | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Services | Full-Time | Permanent\n Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
