The role focuses on contract and performance management, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and leading the transition to electric vehicles in support of sustainability objectives.\nDevelop and maintain the Fleet strategy and plan, driving cost efficiencies, commercial outcomes, sustainability initiatives and alignment with ESG objectives. \nManage the outsourced Fleet Provider, overseeing contract compliance, SLA performance, governance meetings, operational issues and continuous improvement. \nLead the organisation’s transition to a 100% electric vehicle fleet, coordinating implementation, communications and stakeholder engagement. \nOversee Fleet governance and policy compliance, including policy updates, leadership reporting, process improvement and streamlined fleet request workflows. \nManage fleet demand and asset lifecycle planning, including forecasting vehicle requirements, provisioning, offboarding/disposal and maintaining accurate fleet asset data. \nEnsure high levels of customer service to colleagues ensuring fleet administrative tasks are addressed in a timely manner.\nProvide strong financial management and reporting, tracking Total Cost of Ownership, monthly expenditure, budgets, invoice reconciliation, cost allocation and annual fleet forecasting.\nAbout you\nProven fleet management experience, including outsourced fleet providers, contract performance, SLAs and supplier relationship management. \nStrong commercial and financial capability, including budget management, cost optimisation and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis. \nExperience with fleet procurement, vendor management and operational governance, ensuring effective service delivery and performance. \nKnowledge of electric vehicles (EVs), EV infrastructure and fleet transition initiatives, with a strong focus on sustainability and ESG objectives. \nExcellent customer service, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, combined with strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous process improvement capability. \nStrong understanding of fleet compliance, policy, risk management and governance, with experience using fleet systems, data analysis and reporting tools.\nA passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. \nBenefits and perks\nInclusive Culture: Join a supportive, open-minded team focused on customer outcomes, bringing your authentic self to work every day! \nWork-life balance: Enjoy our flexible, hybrid work arrangements, and tailored workplace adjustments, where possible.\nCareer Development: Access mentoring, development and global mobility opportunities for growth and success, including access to over 10,000 learning resources.\nFinancial and Well-being Perks: Enjoy discounts on Allianz products, retail, tech, and travel, plus financial wellness initiatives and the Employee Share Purchase Program- own a piece of your employer!\nFor more details about our benefits, visit the Allianz Careers site.\nAbout Allianz Group\nAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
