Join us and be part of a global leader in assistance and insurance solutions, making a real impact through technology.\nWhat you will do/Key responsibilities\nPartner with product owners, developers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate product requirements into clear, user-centered interface solutions. \nBuild responsive, accessible front-end applications with polished visual design and intuitive functionality. \nInteractive Prototyping: Build clickable, realistic models in Figma to demonstrate user flows, interface states, and micro-interactions before coding. \nDesign Systems: Create, scale, document, and maintain reusable component libraries and style guides to support product consistency. \nWireframing: Translate rough product requirements into skeletal structural layouts that clarify content, navigation, and interaction patterns. \nTypography and Color Theory: Establish readable text hierarchies, effective font pairings, accessible color palettes, contrast ratios, and dark and light mode variations. \nLayout and Grid Systems: Structure responsive interfaces that adapt smoothly across mobile, tablet, and desktop screens. \nTest front-end code and designs for functionality, usability, accessibility, browser compatibility, and performance. \nTroubleshoot front-end issues, document implementation details, and continuously improve the user experience. \nUse AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code, responsibly and in alignment with standards for data governance, security, and ethical use. \nWhat you will bring/Minimum Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or combination of equivalent education, training, and experience.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Experience required\n3-5 years of full stack software development experience with a strong focus on front-end development, UI engineering, or digital product design. \nProficiency with Angular and modern JavaScript or TypeScript development. \nStrong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and component-based front-end architecture. \nProficiency with Figma for wireframing, interactive prototyping, component libraries, and design handoff. \nHands-on experience using Claude Code as part of the front-end development workflow. \nExperience creating and maintaining design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides. \nWorking knowledge of typography, color theory, accessible contrast, layout, and grid systems. \nExperience applying WCAG accessibility standards and testing interfaces with assistive technologies. \nExperience with version control systems and collaborative code review practices. \nFamiliarity with backend application architectures and API integrations, with the ability to collaborate effectively with backend developers on end-to-end solutions. \nAbility to independently troubleshoot, solve problems, and communicate design and implementation decisions. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Azure and DevOps.\nFamiliarity with Playwright\nAt this time, Allianz Partners will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration-related support for this position (i.e. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, or another type of work authorization)\nWhat we offer\nAnnualized base pay range is $61,300 - $101,600\nActual base pay may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. Employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses, merit increases, and other incentives based on individual and company performance.
