This encompasses HR policies, processes, standards, measures in the compensation and benefits areas, controlling, organization effectiveness, labor relations and talent and development. This is a temporary position for 1 year.\nWhat you do\nAct as a key person for HR Operations Manager, employees and managers and supports them in areas of: compensation and employee benefits, training & development and evaluation.\nConsult, advise and support HR Business Partners and management on HR topics, in operational tasks and in HR coordination processes - within his area of expertise and assigned functional areas.\nResponsible for maintaining personnel records and labor-law requirements associated with the creation, course and termination of the employment relationship.\nCreate and manage certifications and other relevant HR documents. Cover the onboarding and offboarding of employees.\nProvide documents for payroll processing and manage attendance and HR information systems.\nResponsible for correctness of data for reporting and statistics purposes.
