Working alongside technical teams, vendors and stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to contribute to initiatives with direct and visible impact across the organization.\nIf you enjoy connecting data, technology and continuous improvement to solve real operational challenges, this could be a great next step for you.\nWhat you do\nContribute to the IT stability roadmap, supporting initiatives that improve change quality, service resilience and operational risk management.\nMonitor and analyze infrastructure and service performance to identify trends, risks and potential issues before they impact operations.\nSupport the incident, problem and change management lifecycle, coordinating resolution, root cause analysis and preventive actions across technical teams.\nUse data analytics to uncover patterns and improvement opportunities, build meaningful KPIs and translate operational insights into concrete actions.\nIdentify and help implement AI and automation opportunities that improve monitoring, incident resolution, change delivery and overall service efficiency.\nDrive continuous service improvement, optimizing processes and reducing manual effort across IT operations.\nManage improvement initiatives end-to-end, coordinating scope, milestones, dependencies and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.\nCommunicate insights, service performance and improvement initiatives clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.\nWhat you bring\nA degree in Technology, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field, combined with experience in IT operations, service management or process improvement.\nHands-on experience with incident and change management, including incident coordination, change risk assessment and ITSM governance.\nStrong data analytics skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI or SQL to analyze operational data, build KPIs and turn insights into actionable recommendations.\nITIL 4 Foundation certification, or the motivation to obtain it, together with a good understanding of IT service management principles.\nExperience managing or coordinating cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives in complex or fast-paced environments.\nStrong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.\nA structured, analytical and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of your work.\nExperience with ServiceNow, AI or automation tools, observability/AIOps practices, or Agile/Scrum environments would be a strong advantage.\nWhat we offer\nWe offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroad.\nWe believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location).\nFrom career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide and an environment where innovation, delivery and empowerment are fostered.\nFlexible working, health and wellbeing offers (including healthcare and parental leave benefits) support to balance family and career and help our people return from career breaks with experience that nothing else can teach.\nAbout Allianz Technology\nWith its headquarters in Munich, Germany, Allianz Technology is Allianz's global IT service provider and delivers IT solutions that drive the group's digitalization.
