Azure Active Directory experience will be a added advantage.\nGood to have fluent communication and interpersonal skills .\nKey Responsibilities Of Business analyst -\nRequirements Gathering and Analysis\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to identity and access management.\nConduct detailed analysis of current IAM processes and identify areas for improvement.\nTranslate business needs into functional and technical requirements for IAM solutions.\nSolution Design and Implementation\nWork with IAM product owners, architects, developers and engineers to design and implement IAM solutions within the One Identity Manager framework that meet business requirements and adhere to security best practices.\nParticipate in the configuration, testing, and deployment of IAM systems and tools.\nEnsure IAM solutions are scalable, reliable, and compliant with regulatory standards.\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to streamline and optimize IAM processes.\nDevelop and maintain documentation for IAM policies, procedures, and workflows.\nProvide recommendations for enhancing IAM governance and controls.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nServe as a liaison between business units, IT, and Information Security teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on IAM initiatives.\nConduct training and awareness sessions for end-users on IAM policies and procedures.\nSupport audit and compliance activities related to IAM.\nMonitoring and Reporting\nMonitor IAM systems and processes to ensure effective operation and compliance.\nDevelop and generate reports on IAM metrics, incidents, and performance.\nAssist in the investigation and resolution of IAM-related incidents and issues.\nKey
