We shape it.”\nRole Overview:\nAs Procurement Manager, you will shape and lead the procurement strategy of Allianz Services Mauritius, ensuring effective sourcing, supplier excellence, governance compliance and operational efficiency. You will manage strategic vendor relationships, deliver cost optimization initiatives and partner with senior leaders to support the organization’s transformation journey while developing a high-performing procurement team.\nWhat You Do:\nStrategic Procurement Leadership\n\nDefine and execute the Procurement strategy for Allianz Services Mauritius in alignment with Global Sourcing & Procurement objectives. \nDevelop procurement roadmaps supporting business growth, transformation and operational efficiency initiatives. \nIdentify cost optimization opportunities and contribute to budget and savings targets. \nDrive procurement performance through KPIs, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. \n\nSource-to-Contract (S2C) Management\nLead strategic sourcing and tendering activities for IT and Non-IT categories. \nEnsure competitive sourcing processes and effective supplier selection. \nOversee contract negotiation and contract lifecycle management. \nEnsure procurement decisions deliver the right balance of value, quality and risk. \n\nProcure-to-Pay (P2P) Governance\nEnsure effective execution of procurement processes from requisition to payment. \nDrive process simplification, automation and digital procurement adoption. \nMonitor procurement compliance and purchasing controls. \nImprove procurement service levels and stakeholder satisfaction. \n\nSupplier & Vendor Management\nEstablish strong relationships with strategic suppliers and service providers. \nConduct supplier performance reviews and business reviews. \nDrive supplier innovation, sustainability and risk management initiatives. \nEnsure contractual obligations and service-level agreements are monitored and achieved. \n\nGovernance, Risk & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with Allianz Group Procurement policies, governance standards and local regulations. \nLead procurement audits and remediation activities when required. \nIdentify and mitigate procurement-related operational, financial, legal and third-party risks. \nPromote ethical procurement and sustainable sourcing practices. \n\nStakeholder Management\nAct as a trusted advisor to business leaders on procurement matters. \nCollaborate with global procurement category leads and regional procurement teams. \nSupport strategic projects requiring procurement expertise. \nBuild strong partnerships across Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Facilities teams. \n\nLeadership & People Management\nLead, coach and develop the Procurement team. \nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus and continuous improvement. \nDevelop procurement capabilities and succession plans. \nChampion innovation and digital transformation within the procurement function. \nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\nProfessional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, ISM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or Vendor Management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.\nExperience within multinational organizations and/or the financial services industry.\nProven track record of managing complex sourcing, procurement transformation, and change initiatives.\nStrong expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, procurement governance, and procurement risk management.\nSound financial acumen with the ability to analyze procurement performance, manage budgets, and drive value through data-driven decision-making, reporting, and analytics.\nProficiency in digital procurement platforms, preferably SAP Ariba, and a strong understanding of procurement best practices and market trends.\nExcellent stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.\nFluent in English and French, both written and spoken.\nDemonstrated leadership competencies including strategic thinking, business partnering, customer focus, results orientation, accountability, collaboration and influence, innovation, change leadership, people development, and a strong commitment to integrity and compliance.\nWhat We Offer:\nCome to the Allianz side!
