& responsibilities : \n\nWe are seeking an experienced OpenText Consultant PowerDocs with strong hands-on expertise in OpenText PowerDocs template development as your main skill, ready to design, build and maintain large-scale document template solutions across our enterprise content management landscape at Allianz Technology.\n\nYou will : \n\n- Design, build, and manage large-scale document template libraries (e.g. up to 200 templates with 50+ complex layouts) using OpenText PowerDocs.\n\n- Manage unit testing, validate data transformations using XSLT, and resolve complex code defects across the template lifecycle.\n\n- Connect PowerDocs with enterprise systems such as OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) and SAP SuccessFactors via REST or SOAP web services.\n\n- Provide expert-level troubleshooting, configure Smart UI, and handle Content Server administration tasks.\n\n- Support the full template lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, and deployment.\n\n- Contribute to solution documentation, keeping template libraries and configurations aligned with the overall Allianz Technology landscape.\n\n- Provide guidance, technical training, and best practices to junior team members.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.\n\nPreferred candidate profile : \n\n- OpenText PowerDocs (template configuration and development) as your main and primary skill, with around 5+ years of relevant experience in software development, enterprise content management, or OpenText template administration, including maintaining OpenText Content Server (OTCS) and Extended ECM (xECM) in large enterprise environments.\n\n- Good working knowledge of core OpenText modules, including LiveReports, WebReports, Workflows, Classification, and Records Management.\n\n- Good to have knowledge of the wider OpenText product stack : Content Server, Archive Center/Server, OTDS, Brava, Blazon, and Records Management.\n\n- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, and XSLT for document transformations.\n\n- Familiarity with OpenText Content Server, Directory Services, and Smart UI configuration.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex template and integration issues.\n\n- Excellent stakeholder communication skills and experience coordinating project delivery.\n\n- Ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way, with attention to cost-effective
