Job role

We are looking for a Procurement Expert to join our Procure to Order team, focusing on Source-to-Contract (S2C) Light activities within SAP Ariba S2C. In this role, you will support the end-to-end sourcing process by managing sourcing events, contract creation, and supplier collaboration within the Ariba S2C module. You will act as a key operational partner for internal stakeholders and Allianz Operating Entities, ensuring procurement processes are executed efficiently, compliantly, and in line with Allianz Group standards.

What you will do

Set up and manage sourcing projects in SAP Ariba Sourcing (RFx creation, RFIs, RFPs, reverse auctions)

Create, maintain, and manage contracts and contract workspaces in Ariba Contract Management

Support the preparation and execution of sourcing events, including document templates, evaluation criteria, and timelines

Coordinate with category managers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure sourcing activities align with procurement strategies

Manage supplier onboarding and qualification processes within the Ariba platform

Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all sourcing and contract records in the system

Monitor contract compliance, renewal dates, and key milestones, proactively flagging risks or expirations

Generate reports and dashboards on sourcing activities, contract status, and savings tracking

Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for Ariba S2C-related queries from end users

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the optimization of S2C workflows and templates

What you bring

2-4 years of experience in procurement operations, sourcing support, or contract management roles

Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing and/or Ariba Contract Management modules

Solid understanding of Source-to-Contract processes and the procurement lifecycle

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with reporting/analytics tools is a plus

Excellent communication skills in French (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage

Ability to manage multiple sourcing events simultaneously with strong attention to deadlines"
