Salary is only one part of our total reward package.\nAbout You\nYou own, develop and communicate the product vision, roadmap and feature catalogue across Cytora as well as collaborate on other selected Commercial IT/Digital platforms\nUltimately, you will lead a Product Owner and related development teams (internal/external), setting direction and building a high-performing, delivery-focused environment\nYou prioritise initiatives based on business value, balancing short-term outcomes with long-term strategic goals, collaborating closely with Cytora our technology partner, leveraging technology capability for the benefit of our related Commercial product lines\nYou collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders and technical teams to align delivery with organisational priorities\nYou ensure all development teams are aligned to shared objectives and focused on delivering measurable business outcomes\nYou oversee platform upgrades, ensuring technical capability aligns with evolving business needs\nYou define and communicate release content, including features, architecture improvements and technical debt management\nYou guide backlog development, ensuring technical enablers and infrastructure changes are effectively sequenced\nYou lead on stakeholder engagement, influencing across areas where you may not have direct authority\nYou ensure consistent approaches to testing, governance and delivery standards across platforms\nYou manage risks, dependencies and issues proactively, escalating where appropriate\nYou support funding alignment and resource planning to deliver roadmap commitments\nYou lead business input into PI planning, presenting vision, milestones and priorities\nYou track delivery outcomes and use insight to continuously refine future roadmap priorities\nEssential Skills\nProven ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps\nExcellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at senior levels\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and Kanban\nExperience delivering technology-driven change within complex environments\nStrong commercial awareness and ability to balance cost, value and delivery outcomes\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insight into product decisions\nExperience working within insurance or financial services environments\nEducated to degree level or equivalent experience\nAgile/Product Owner certification or equivalent practical experience\nWe support the government scheme “Access to Work” please feel free to ask us about the access to work scheme.\nDesirable Skills\nResponsible Artificial Intelligence usage\nStrong understanding of customer propositions and product development lifecycle\nAbility to translate customer research and insights into business outcomes\nExperience mentoring or coaching Product Owners and Agile teams\nExperience delivering data-driven, customer-first solutions\nKnowledge of platform-based or digital transformation programmes\nWhat We Will Offer You\nRecognised and rewarded for a job well done, we have a range of flexible benefits for you to choose from- so you can pick a package that’s perfect for you.
