The job holder will be working within the Project Management Office, ensuring that the processes are properly followed. They will be actively engaged in project analysis and execution using Agile and Traditional Methodologies.\nThis role report to the PM & OM Supervisor.\nWhat you will do\nLead the end-to-end delivery of projects, coordinating internal teams and external partners to achieve successful outcomes\nEnsure project scope, time constraints, budget, and quality objectives are met\nDevelop, maintain, and communicate project plans, milestones, and deliverables\nMonitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests\nMeasure and report project performance using appropriate tools, metrics, and governance processes\nPrepare and present project status updates to stakeholders and management\nFacilitate effective communication and collaboration across business and technical teams\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable project and technical specifications\nSupport digital transformation initiatives and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation\nEnsure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks\nContribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and organizational processes\nWhat you bring\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
