They create stable and self-organized teams with a clear and engaging direction and help to identify and resolve impediments. They are accountable for successfully assessing their teams’ needs and provide a suitable Agile approach in addition to Agile consultation services to the broader organization upon request.\nResponsibilities\nActs as a servant leader\nChampions change across the organization\nEnables teams to remove organizational, environmental and mindset impediments\nCoaches teams in self-organization, cross-functionality and Agile practices\nHelps teams deliver high-value, high-quality products\nFosters openness, collaboration and continuous improvement across teams and the organization\nEnsures Agile ceremonies take place\nFacilitates Agile events as needed\nAdvises Product Owners on backlog organization and prioritization to maximize value\nLeads and coaches teams through Agile adoption\nCollaborates with fellow Agile Masters\nProvides strategic Agile coaching to teams, Product Owners and leaders\nMentors Agile Masters and aligns coaching and facilitation practices\nPartners with leaders to resolve systemic impediments, dependencies and risks\nUses data and insights to improve team maturity, delivery flow and outcomes\nUses generative AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude, to improve productivity and work quality\nValidates and refines AI-generated outputs before use or sharing\nUses AI responsibly within Allianz data-protection, information-security and regulatory requirements\nBuilds communities of practice to strengthen knowledge sharing, alignment and continuous improvement\nRequirements\nMin. 3 years of work experience as a Scrum Master with hands-on experience on various frameworks like, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe\nMin. 2 years of work experience in an MNC with a global team.\nExperience in working with leadership and coaches on any transformational activity\nHaving an Agile mind-set - Demonstrated ability to cultivate and promote an Agile mindset across multiple teams and departments.\nCritical thinking generated by observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, and communication - Advanced critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.\nLiving the four Allianz People Attributes: Customer & Market Excellence, Collaborative Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Trust - Ability to foster these attributes within teams and across the organization.\nHigher education degree in business administration, change management, economics, IT or comparable education\nRelevant work experience in Agile practices and roles, enterprise transformations, change management, and / or consultancy business - Experience in leading Agile transformations and managing complex projects.\nExperience in different Agile and Lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming practices or similar\nExperience in mentoring, coaching, collaboration, communication, facilitation, conflict management, team building\nCompetencies\nServant leadership and the ability to influence without formal authority\nAdvanced coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills across teams and leadership levels\nStrong communication, active listening, stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills\nSystems thinking and the ability to identify organizational impediments, dependencies and risks\nChange leadership, adaptability and resilience in complex, evolving environments\nCritical thinking and data-informed decision-making to improve team maturity and delivery flow\nCollaboration and community-building across teams, functions and organizational boundaries\nAI fluency, including effective tool selection, validation of outputs and responsible use in line with Allianz requirements\n Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
