We shape it\nThis role is part of the Operations Engineering and Transformation Global Service Line where you will work in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) workstream. You will guide Operating Entities through IAM Target Operating Model transformations, enhancements, and compliance efforts.\nYou will be an integral part of the Senior Management office to ensure that the organization is meeting regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT departments, business units, and senior leadership, to develop and enforce governance policies, standards, and procedures.\nWhat you will do:\nServe as the IAM subject matter expert and trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders\nLead the development and rollout of IAM strategy, governance frameworks, and target operating models\nPerform IAM assessments, maturity evaluations, and target operating model implementation approach\nDesign and deliver scalable and compliant IAM processes, collaborating with technical architects and security teams\nProvide direction and oversight on large-scale IAM projects or programs across regions or functions\nEnsure IAM practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, generate reports on IAM activities and metrics\nImplementation of IAM policies and procedure that adhere to industry best practices and comply with regulatory standards.\nDrive stakeholder alignment, change management, and communications across functional teams\nUnderstanding business needs and current landscape in each Operating Entity, establish clear objectives, scope and target picture\nAlign process governance with business and regulatory requirements, ensuring effective implementation and continuous enhancement.\nStay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the organization innovate and excel.\nMain areas of work:\nBusiness Role Library and Segregation of Duties (SoD) activities\nAuthorization Concepts and access governance\nIAM controls (Attestations, Reconciliation, Reviews)\nProcess documentation and continuous improvement\nAudit remediation and evidence preparation\nStakeholder coordination and Business Owner support\nSupport of IAM Target Operating Model (TOM) implementation activities where required\nWhat you bring :\nEnthusiastic team player who wants to shape actively IT and feels comfortable in a dynamic environment.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to present complex IT issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group\nAbility to independently prioritize and to work independently, flexible, efficiently and target oriented\nFamiliarity with regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT Framework\nProject management and reporting experience and the ability to operate in a deadline-oriented environment.\nExcellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills and be able to build trusting working relationships with diverse people.\nYou have:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.\nOver 4-5 years of proven experience in Technology, with a background in consultancy, software development, or cybersecurity.\nAnalytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on strategic and conceptual thinking.\nSkill and experience in designing and carrying out training/workshops for different types of stakeholders\nFoundational understanding of IAM concepts (e.g, provisioning, authentication, RBAC, PAM)\nEagerness to learn and grow within the cybersecurity and IAM space\nFluency in English\nDisclaimer: \nTasks may be added, removed, or modified at any time during the course of employment to reflect evolving business needs, organisational priorities, or operational requirements. \nAny such changes shall be discussed with the employee's direct Line Manager and formally notified to the employee in writing within a reasonable timeframe.\nNo task shall be added or modified in such a manner as to fundamentally alter the essence, nature, or core purpose of the role without the employee's prior consultation and agreement.\nAllianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
