This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications, with a strong emphasis on business analysis, functional expertise, and technical design.\nThe successful candidate will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions, ensure compliance with enterprise strategies and regulations, and support the full lifecycle of applications and projects.\nThis position requires fluency in French and English, follows the French calendar, and operates within CET working hours.\nWhat You Do:\nApplication Design & Development\nPropose simplifications of business processes and management rules, and communicate envisaged changes to relevant stakeholders\nAnalyze solution compliance with enterprise strategy, regulations, security rules, architectural coherence, and associated risks and costs\nFormalize requirements and functional specifications (solution user stories)\nDefine solution use cases and guarantee the test strategy definition\nEnsure functional support and alignment of tests with business needs in collaboration with development teams\nPrototype proposed solutions when required\nConfigure solution components as needed\nEnsure compliance of the delivered solution against defined requirements\nProvide functional and technical expertise for ongoing maintenance and support\nMap, document, and maintain solution developments and interventions in a knowledge base\nBusiness Analysis & Functional Expertise\nCollect, analyze, and challenge business needs with a focus on simplification and enhancement of Group and local solutions\nModel, describe, and document end-to-end solutions in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders\nLead end-to-end process design, from requirements gathering through to solution implementation\nPrepare and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, process flows, and change management materials\nEnsure compliance with enterprise strategy, regulations, security rules, and architectural coherence\nProvide functional expertise for maintenance, support, and testing alignment with business needs\nAgile Methodology & Collaboration\nWork within Agile frameworks (SAFe/Scrum) to deliver incremental value\nFacilitate Agile rituals and ceremonies as required\nLeverage tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow for task management and documentation\nPlan and monitor team workloads and project portfolios\nReport and communicate on squad deliverables and progress\nIncident Management & Support\nTroubleshoot and resolve incidents in production environments in a timely manner\nEnsure prompt correction of bugs and implementation of user-requested enhancements\nDocument incident resolutions and solution interventions in the knowledge base\nWhat You Bring:\nTechnical Expertise\nExperience with Willis Towers Watson tools or related platforms (e.g., Risk Agility FM)\nProficiency in SAS Base, SAS Macros, SAS SQL, and SAS Enterprise Guide\nStrong skills in Python, PySpark, Spark, and SQL for data access and calculations\nExperience with data modeling tools such as dbt and version control systems like Git/GitHub\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks) and deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI/CD)\nKnowledge of operating systems (Windows, Unix), virtualization (Citrix, VMware), and schedulers (HPC / VTOM)\nUnderstanding of Solvency II regulations (preferred)\nSoft Skills\nFluent in French and English (written and oral) \nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and conceptual skills\nAbility to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with distributed teams\nCollaborative leadership with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders\nStrong sense of synthesis and ability to convey complex information clearly\nWhat We Offer:\nCome to the Allianz side!
