from prototyping and experimentation through to production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.\nDefine technical approach and architecture for AI initiatives, evaluating build-vs-buy options, model choice, and integration patterns.\nEnsure AI solutions are secure, explainable, and compliant, partnering with Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Compliance teams on responsible-AI practices.\nMentor and guide junior developers on AI engineering practices, prompt design, and workflow orchestration.\nAct as a technical point of contact for AI-related initiatives, engaging stakeholders across business and IT to translate needs into practical AI solutions.\nStay current with the fast-moving AI ecosystem (models, frameworks, agent protocols) and champion responsible adoption across the organization.\nYour skills\nStrong hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, automations, or agents, with around 10-13 years of overall software/solution development experience.\nPractical understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and how to expose enterprise tools and data safely to AI agents and LLM-based assistants.\nHands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation/orchestration platforms, used to combine AI reasoning with business processes.\nExposure to SAP SuccessFactors, with an understanding of core HR processes and how AI can enhance them (e.g. intelligent search, recommendations, automation of routine HR tasks).\nWorking knowledge of ServiceNow, including its workflow/automation capabilities and how AI can be layered onto ITSM/ITOM processes.\nFamiliarity with Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) concepts, with practical exposure to applying AI (e.g. anomaly detection, intelligent access recommendations) within IAM processes.\nSolid understanding of API integration, authentication/authorization (OAuth2, SSO), and secure design practices for AI solutions.\nDemonstrated ability to define technical strategy for AI initiatives, evaluate tools and models, and lead solution architecture discussions.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging senior technical and business audiences on AI opportunities and risk.\nProven track record delivering software/automation projects across the full lifecycle, including mentoring junior team members.\n Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
