The role requires strong leadership capabilities to ensure efficient facility management, operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and delivery of infrastructure initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.\nA key part of your role also involves ensuring ISO audit readiness, managing EHS compliance, and supporting the operational efficiency of a high-performance BPO workplace environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTechnical Operations:\nManage day-to-day operations of building MEP systems: HVAC, electrical, UPS, BMS, FAS systems, etc as per installations at site.\nPlan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for critical assets.\nConduct root cause analysis for technical issues and implement corrective actions.\nSupervise annual maintenance vendors and service providers to ensure SLA compliance.\nReview technical & quantitative proposals , drawings , and engineering specifications for facility related projects.\nMonitor facility performance matrix and implement operational improvements for efficiency and reliability\nMonitor energy consumption and support energy-saving initiatives.\nMaintain all technical documentation and Maintenance logs.\nInfrastructure Project Management & Office Fit out Implementation :\nLead infrastructure expansion, refurbishment, fit-out , and renovation projects from planning to execution.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders, architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to deliver infrastructure works including MEP installations, IT cabling, power distribution, and building automation systems.\nConduct site inspections and quality audits during fitout phases to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.\nManage purchase requests, installation, testing, and commissioning of technical equipment and systems during projects.\nMonitor project schedules, milestones, quality standards and risk mitigation plans.\nEnsure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets and operational requirements.\nConduct site due diligence, technical evaluations and project feasibility assessments.\nManage transition activities during project handover and operational readiness\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and\ntimelines.\nCompliance & ISO Audit Management:\nEnsure all systems and processes comply with applicable ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.).\nMaintain updated audit documentation, logs, permits, calibration records, and training certifications.\nSupport internal and external EHS audits, ISO audits, and client inspections. • Drive continuous improvement through corrective/preventive actions post audits.\nFacilities Budget Management:\nPrepare and manage annual facilities operating budgets and capital expenditure plans.\nTrack operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality.\nReview vendor quotations, contracts, and commercial proposals for cost effectiveness.\nMonitor invoice processing, AMC costs, utility expenses and project expenditure.\nEnsure financial discipline and adherence to approved budgets.\nPrepare management reports related to cost analysis, savings initiatives and budget forecasts.\nHealth & Safety Management:\nEnsure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.\nImplement and monitor workplace safety standards, emergency response procedures, and fire safety systems.\nConduct periodic safety audits, risk assessments, and mock drills.\nEnsure contractor safety compliance and adherence to permit to work systems\nCoordinate incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions\nPromote a strong safety culture across facilities and project sites\nTrain team members on SOPs, safety protocols, and emergency response.\nSoft Services Management:\nOversee outsourced vendors for housekeeping, security and pantry operations.\nConduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.\nManage consumables inventory, uniform distribution, and housekeeping audits.\nEnsure front office operations meet corporate standards of hospitality and professionalism.\nManage vendor performance through regular reviews and KPI tracking.\nStakeholder Communication:\nAct as the single point of contact for client escalations, project updates, and issue resolution.\nProvide timely reporting on facility operations, energy usage, incident logs, and asset performance.\nKey Skills and Competencies:\nStrong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nStrong technical expertise in MEP and building automation systems.\nProven experience in managing integrated facility management in BPO environments.\nKnowledge of ISO standards and audit practices-ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 implementation experience\nFamiliarity with CMMS/BMS/CAFM tools.\nStrong communication and vendor management skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.\nLanguage Skills: Must-Have: Arabic, French, English.\nQualifications:\nDegree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.\nProfessional certifications in Facilities Management, Project Management, or Health & Safety will be an added advantage.\nMinimum 8-10 years of experience in facilities operations, preferably in BPO or data centre
