\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with financial, business and trade media across the UK\nIdentify and secure media opportunities that enhance the firm's visibility and credibility\nDraft and oversee press releases, media statements, briefing materials, press events, and key messages\nMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and media sentiment\nAI-Driven Communications \nChampion the responsible use of AI and data-driven insights within communications activities\nLeverage AI tools to enhance content creation, stakeholder analysis, sentiment monitoring, campaign measurement, and workflow efficiency\nHelp shape governance, best practices, and responsible AI communications standards\nInternal Communication \nSupport employee engagement initiatives and organisational change programmes\nDrive communications around strategic priorities and transformation initiatives\nDevelop leadership communication materials and key internal campaigns.\nWhat you bring\nEssential\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline\n6+ years of communications experience, with a significant portion gained in asset management, investment management, wealth management, or broader financial services\nStrong understanding of investment products, capital markets, distribution models, and the regulatory environment affecting asset managers\nDemonstrated experience managing media relations with leading UK financial and business publications\nExperience advising senior executives and working in high-profile stakeholder environments\nHighly Desirable \nProven ability to work effectively across multicultural and geographically dispersed teams \nCollaborative mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships across Communications, Investments, Distribution, and Compliance, teams\nFamiliarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, and AI communications technologies\nUnderstanding of
