Offers of Employment are contingent on a successful background checkTexas GovLink is an equal opportunities employer.\nResponsibilities\nDuties will include:\nUtilizing TxDOT templates alongside Generative AI prompting techniques to accelerate the creation of highly comprehensive testing-related documentation (e.g., Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Summary Memos).\nExecuting Test Plans and Test Cases through all phases of the testing process. Responsible for using UiPath Test Manager, Xray, or other Test Management tools to manage, track, and map test case execution to requirements.\nManaging the Defect Management Process, to include defect identification, resolution, and tracking. Responsible for working with the vendor to ensure defects are resolved in a timely fashion.\nServing as the testing point of contact for development and 3rd party vendors on various projects to coordinate testing activities as required.\nProviding Functional test support for newly developed products and/or features to existing products.\nProviding support (coordination) for UAT efforts, utilizing TxDOT division staff (users) for test execution.\nUtilizing AI-powered test case generation workflows to analyze complex business requirement documents (PRDs) and automatically decompose them into logical test matrices prepared for automation teams.\nAttending daily status meetings/calls and providing accurate status on issues currently under test and any associated defects or blockers to the test process.\nFacilitating Weekly Defect Triage Meetings (i.e., monitoring UAT defects, entering/reviewing defects, replicating defects, and communicating defects to the development team).\nQualifications\nMinimum (Required):\nYears\nSkills/Experience\n5\nManual testing Experience (e.g., System Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT, etc.)\n5\nProficient in writing test plans, test cases, and other testing-related documentation\n5\nFacilitating/coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users\n5\nUsing Jira, or other Defect Management tools (e.g., Octane)\n5\nXray, Zephyr, TestRail, or other standard Test Management software\n2\nExperience using UiPath Test Suite / Test Manager to design, link, and track functional test cases earmarked for automated execution.\n1\nHands-on experience utilizing Generative AI tools (e.g., LLMs, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate test script design, scenario generation, and core QA text generation workflows.\nPreferred (Optional):\nYears\nSkills/Experience\n2\nExperience mapping business processes or technical requirements into structured automated workflow requirements inside UiPath Orchestrator.\n2\nExperience working alongside technical mid-level automation engineers to hand off analyst-generated test flows for code-driven
