Ideal candidates should possess strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask and work in a structured work environment. This role will be supported with ongoing coaching from leaders with a moderate case load.Job Duties and Responsibilities:\nClaims Support (80%)\nPreparing data entries in accordance with established standards.\nAssessing reasonableness of data as well as identifying discrepancies, including reconciliations.\nReconciling data for new claims to be set up in a claim platform\nMay include updating basic data discrepancies identified in reports.\nVerify coverage via internal system and attach support document to claims\nData Entry\nSend out correspondence regarding claims\nIntroduction to report preparation as needed daily, weekly, monthly reports associated with the internal controls of the claim and/or recovery department.\nProjects related to support functions as needed\nOther duties as they apply\nUnderstanding of claims compliance and state mandated regulations (10%)\nFollow mandates required by state statues and regulation regarding claims correspondence.\nAbility to read and apply instructions, short correspondence, oral/written instructions and memos\nService Delivery to customers (10%)\nProvide quality customer service to all clients, internal or external\nMaintain a record of actions regarding claims in appropriate system(s)\nEffectively communicate to all parties\nPromptly and efficiently response to all email communications (4-8hrs)\nQualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
