The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our St. Paul, Minnesota on the Securian campus.\nThe Field Communications Intern will assist the Sales Enablement & Operations Department with a wide range of projects related to producing internal communications for our sales and service representatives (the “Field”), managing a library of marketing and training content for them, tracking their usage of the various communication methods, and providing support to other internal team members on projects. In this position, you will obtain a better understanding of an internal communications role and gain hands-on experience with supporting a sales and service team.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nCommunications\nCreate the weekly eNewsletterand publish to the Field\n\nCollaborate with marketing, product managers, and other content contributors to edit and refine articles for the weekly eNewsletter\n\nWriteeducational articles for weekly eNewsletter\n\nCreate educational materials to be housed on the sales enablement platform\n\nReview and check for consistency across the sales enablement platform (e.g., links, pages, document naming, brand standards)\n\nAssistwith other communication projects\n\nTracking & Analytics:\nUpdate tracking spreadsheet for managing review of documents and pages on the sales enablement platform\n\nTrack readership of the weekly eNewsletter\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nQualifications (Education, Experience,Certifications& KSA)\nCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate program as arising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Communications or a related field\n\nStrong interpersonal communication skills\n\nStrong decision making and organizational skills required\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft office products, with ability to learn internal systems\n\nAbility to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple support functions\n\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced production environment\n\nAbility to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others\n\nProven track recordof dependability and reliability\n\nAbility to acknowledge and respect confidential information\n\nExperience with email marketing and content management preferred\n\nThe hourly range reflected is a good faith estimate of the anticipated salary for the position and may vary based on factors described below.\nCompensation at Allied Solutions is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, market data, job posting location, relevant experience, level, and skills.\nThe projected base salary range for this position is $16 to $22 (hourly USD).
