This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based in St. Paul, Minnesota on the Securian campus.\nThe Sales Operations Intern will assist the Sales Enablement & Operations Department at Allied Solutions with reporting and analytics projects. This role will focus on supporting the team with data updates, analyzing data integrity, audits, and reports on sales results, financials, and commissions. In this position, you will gain a better understanding of working on a sales operations team and gain hands-on experience with supporting a sales and service team.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nReporting & Analytics\nSupport department’s reporting needs\n\nAssistwith data analysis projects\n\nAssistwith large scale audits\n\nTrack project progress, prepare status reports, and create report outs\n\nSales Operations\nReview and validateaccount and product assignments for accuracy and consistency\n\nDesign and prepare budgeting templates to streamline annual planning\n\nOversee content management and updates for the team SharePoint site to keep information organized and current\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nQualifications (Education, Experience,Certifications& KSA)\nCurrently enrolled in undergraduate program as rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft office products, with ability to learn internal systems\n\nExcel, reporting, and analytics skills required, with a passion for ongoing skill development\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n\nStrong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple support functions\n\nAbility to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple support functions\n\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced production environment\n\nAbility to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others\n\nProven track recordof dependability and reliability\n\nAbility to acknowledge and respect confidential information\n\nThe hourly range reflected is a good faith estimate of the anticipated salary for the position and may vary based on factors described below.\nCompensation at Allied Solutions is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, market data, job posting location, relevant experience, level, and skills.\nThe projected base salary range for this position is $16 to $22 (hourly USD).
