This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.\nAs a Software Delivery Management Intern, you will support the Software Product Management and Product Owner teams in driving the successful, on-time delivery of software products. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to Agile delivery practices, backlog management, cross-functional coordination, delivery reporting, and the use of AI-enabled tools to improve team productivity, documentation, and decision-making. This role is ideal for a student interested in product management, project/program management, technology delivery, or AI-enabled ways of working. You will receive direct mentorship from experienced Product Managers and Product Owners while helping build reporting, documentation, dashboards, and process tools that keep multiple product teams aligned, informed, and on schedule.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nPartner with Software Product Managers and Product Owners to maintainand groom product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nSupport sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies, including capturing notes, action items, and follow-ups.\n\nTrack software delivery milestones, dependencies, and release schedules across multiple product teams, flagging risks to timelines.\n\nHelp build and maintainstatus reports, dashboards, and delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, defect trends) for stakeholders and leadership.\n\nUse AI-enabled tools, where appropriate, to support documentation, meeting summaries, backlog organization, research, reporting insights, and process improvement opportunities.\n\nCoordinate with engineering, QA, and UX partners to help ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and delivery timelines.\n\nAssistwith documentation of delivery processes, playbooks, and best practices to support continuous improvement across the team.\n\nConduct research on Agile/delivery management tools, industry trends, and process improvements, and present findings to the team.\n\nQualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)\nCurrently enrolled in an undergraduateprogram as a risingJunior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project/Program Management, or relatedfield.\n\nStrong interest in software product management, Agile delivery, technology delivery, AI-enabled productivity, or project/program management.\n\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving mindset; comfortable working with data and reporting tools.\n\nProficiencywith Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools is a plus.\n\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.\n\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
