The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands on experience. This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.\nThe Talent Management Intern will directly assist the Learning and Development Department with a wide range of projects related to curriculum development, tracking, data capturing and reporting, needs assessments, and program assistance. In this position, the intern will gain a better understanding of the role and gain hands on experience for them to be better prepared to work in the area of Talent, L&D, or HR.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nAssistswith the design and development of learning materials and training curricula for leadership development programs, competency learning, and other ongoing projects.\n\nAssistwith the design and coordination of virtual and in-person training workshops and team sessions.\n\nConduct research and analysis ontalent management trends, best practices, benchmarks, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.\n\nAssessemployee development needs and defineappropriate resourcesand processes to support learning, including capturing data and trends.\n\nProvide admin support to the L&Dteam as needed.\n\nSupport report development in talent and learning trends to provide reporting that drives future learning and talent offerings.\n\nQualifications (Education, Experience,Certifications& KSA)\nCurrently enrolled inanundergraduate program asarising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior, Communications, or a related field\n\nAbility to manage deadlines\n\nAbility to multitask\n\nStrong written and oral communication skills\n\nAbility to prioritize\n\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
