The Account Supervisor for Allied Universal Janitorial Services is responsible for routinely performing reviews and assessing the overall needs of the client and property. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in operations, floor care, and maintenance while utilizing an effective, collaborative leadership approach to inspire respect and trust among team members.\n$25 / Hour\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nUse effective methods to keep staffing at acceptable levels, working within budgeted hours and expenses.\nProficient written and oral communication skills.\nManage each department daily activities and work schedule to ensure proper preparation and adequate staffing daily and for special events\nTrain and manage staff--setting site operational goals for each department, regularly assessing performance, and quickly making effective corrections to performance and conduct, including retraining, employee corrective action and development plans\nProcess new hires, scheduling, and payroll paperwork for all personnel\nMeasure department effectiveness through quality inspections and adjust as goals change or need improvement.\nCollaborate with and schedule contractors for electric, plumbing, and HVAC needs\nPurchase and maintain appropriate and adequate supplies and inventory for the property\nEnsure the proper maintenance of all equipment by arranging repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment to avoid service disruptions\nGeneral cleaning, trash removal, and disinfecting of the property\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nMust possess one or more of the following:Minimum of two (2) years of janitorial work experience, preferably in a leadership role\nMinimum of six (6) months of janitorial work experience employed by Allied Universal\n\nClosing\nAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
