We are seeking a highly professional, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable protection specialist who demonstrates sound judgment, integrity, discretion, and a strong commitment to client safety.\nPosition Overview\nThe Executive Protection Agent is responsible for providing close protection services to a designated client while safeguarding personnel, assets, and reputation. This role requires a proactive security professional capable of assessing threats, responding effectively to dynamic situations, and delivering exceptional service in a corporate environment.\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, leadership, situational awareness, and the ability to de-escalate conflict while maintaining professionalism under pressure.\nThis position may require overtime, overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, on-call availability, and domestic and international travel. Candidates must be flexible and prepared to work extended hours and changing schedules based on operational requirements.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nExecutive Protection Operations\nProvide close protection for designated executives, personnel, and other authorized individuals.\nServe as a protective agent, advance agent, or operational support agent as assigned.\nSupport the effective coordination and delivery of Executive Protection Unit services.\nAssess current and emerging security threats and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.\nObserve, report, and intervene appropriately in situations that may threaten the safety, security, assets, or reputation of the client.\nParticipate in emergency response operations, including verbal de-escalation, appropriate defensive tactics, authorized use of force, and emergency medical response.\nConduct field interviews and contact persons of interest when authorized and appropriate.\nMaintain a high level of physical readiness, situational awareness, and professional appearance.\nSecurity Planning and Risk Management\nContribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of security policies, procedures, and safety programs.\nEvaluate current and future security environments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation measures.\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support protective operations and reduce security risks.\nEstablish and maintain professional relationships that support effective security operations.\nManage assigned projects, programs, and operational responsibilities.\nPrioritize competing tasks and ensure security service requirements are consistently met.\nCommunication and Professional Conduct\nCommunicate effectively with clients, executives, team members, and other stakeholders.\nDeliver clear briefings and communicate security requirements, policies, and procedures.\nDemonstrate tact, discretion, flexibility, and sound judgment when managing sensitive situations.\nPrepare accurate, clear, and timely incident reports and after-action documentation.\nSafeguard confidential and sensitive information relating to Allied Universal and its clients.\nParticipate in required training sessions, team meetings, and operational reviews.\nComply with all applicable laws, client requirements, and Allied Universal policies and procedures.\nRequired Qualifications\nCandidates must meet the following minimum requirements:\nBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.\nA minimum of 3-5 years of combined relevant experience in military service, corporate security, law enforcement, executive protection, or protective operations.\nExtensive military, law enforcement, or corporate security experience; special operations or specialized protective operations experience preferred.\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation.\nValid passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally.\nAbility to legally possess and carry a firearm, with a valid concealed pistol license as required.\nAbility to obtain and maintain current First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.\nStrong oral and written communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, discretion, and professionalism.\nAbility to maintain an appropriate level of physical fitness.\nAbility to work overtime, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments as operationally required.\nAbility to maintain good credit standing, subject to applicable law and company policy.\nPreferred Qualifications\nGraduation from a reputable executive protection training program.\nExperience supporting C-suite executives, senior corporate leaders, or equivalent high-profile personnel.\nExperience in military special operations, specialized protective services, or advanced security operations.\nAdvanced medical training or experience, such as EMT, paramedic, first responder, military medic, or Navy Corpsman.\nExperience preparing incident reports, threat assessments, and after-action reports.\nKnowledge of physical security systems, alarms, CCTV monitoring, computerized security systems, and technical security countermeasures.\nFamiliarity with technology-based protective applications and security tools.\nExperience in leadership, team supervision, program management, or project coordination.\nUnderstanding of corporate culture and executive-level client service.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nStrong working knowledge of protective operations and risk mitigation principles.\nCompensation and Benefits\nPay Rate: $47.25 per hour\nAllied Universal offers a competitive benefits package designed to support employee well-being, professional development, and career growth.
