The Client Portfolio Manager collaborates with the Branch/General Manager to oversee employees and operational activities at all locations associated with their assigned client portfolio. Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote teamwork, open communication, and professional development\nBuild, maintain and grow relationships with clients by understanding their security needs and ensuring satisfaction\nOperational Oversight and Safety:\nDeliver high-quality service to our clients by strategically overseeing Account Managers, while maintaining industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements\nAnalyze, report and drive operational metrics and KPIs using Allied Universal's Business Intelligence Platform, maximizing efficiency and productivity\nIdentify and mitigate security risks; develop and implement security protocols, training and response plans\nFinancial Performance and Growth:\nWork with branch leadership to strengthen financial performance within your assigned portfolio by managing budget allocation, driving revenue growth, reducing non-billable overtime, improving cash collections, and controlling expenses \nCollaborate with sales to drive organic business growth within existing client operations\nJoin a company that values agility, reliability, caring, teamwork, integrity, safety and innovation. By embracing these core values as a leader with Allied Universal, you will contribute to the positive culture and success of the organization.\nQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):\nMust possess one or more of the following:Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or a related field\nAssociate’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field with thee (3) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry\nHigh School diploma with five (5) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry\n\nCurrent driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events)\nMinimum of one (1) year of experience driving operational and/or financial metrics while demonstrating strong financial acumen\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience in successfully building and developing teams\nLeadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results \nAbility to collaborate across multiple business units and regions to creatively support client's growth and satisfaction\nResults-oriented problem-solving skills that meet client and employee needs, while running a profitable business\nProficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations\nDynamic networking skills displaying a commitment to safety and trust by participating in local community, client and industry events\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):\nLaw enforcement, military and/or contract or proprietary security services experience\nExperience managing a dispersed workforce in a multi-location operation\nBENEFITS:\nMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan and disability insurance\nEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days\nVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
