This role has oversight of the Project Manager and is responsible for ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nLeadership, Strategic Management and Business Development\nHigh level of financial acumen to manage the preparation of strategic plans, budgets, reports, and financial forecasts\nLead, manage, direct the Project Managers and technical field teams at the program location \nSupplements the Business Development and Project Development Departments in identifying and developing new business opportunities\nAssist in contacting, qualifying, and pursuing leads for new business opportunities\nPrepares estimates and proposals as necessary for potential new work\nCreation and delivery of customer-facing business reviews on a recurring basis\nProgram Oversight and Customer Relations\nEnsures that the requirements of the contract and the customer are fulfilled\nServes as the primary contact for the customer on issues related to the contract and the construction \nEnforces a strict safety program focused on accident prevention and maintaining a safe work environment for employees, subcontractors, visitors, and the general public, while adhering to compliance with the company’s safety policies \nEnsures all activities on the program protect company assets and adhere to company policies and procedures \nQUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent \nMinimum of five (5) years in program or portfolio leadership positions within the government or construction security integration or mission-critical environments \nStrong financial acumen with a minimum of two (2) years of experience driving operational results financial metrics in a portfolio of projects \nExperience managing government projects, with larger-scale infrastructure, roadway work, or similar, involving access control, CCTV, intrusion detection and SCIF construction \nCurrent driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events) \nWillingness and ability to travel to remote locations up to 75% \nProven ability to collaborate across regions and stakeholders, leveraging results-driven problem-solving to balance client satisfaction and employee needs \nExperience working in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations \nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with three (3) years of construction-based work experience \nKnowledge of FAR/DFARS, NISPOM, UL 2050, ICD 705, and other federal security directives \nAbility to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (Secret or higher) \nExperience with Federal Project oversight \nBENEFITS:\nSalary: $125k-$200k + 20% bonus potential + company vehicle + gas card\nMedical, dental, vision, retirement plan, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance\nEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days\nVacation time is offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
