The Security Coordinator will work closely with cross functional partners including Global Security Operations, Project Management Teams, Contractors, Vendors, Environmental Health & Safety, Crisis Management and Facilities teams without adding complexity to the daily operation.\nMajor Responsibilities\nSpearhead communication between teams.\nCoordinate projects between Field Site Offices, and project teams while maintain the highest level of service.\nSupport the security deployment with training, administrative duties, and streamlining communication.\nEnsure the proper functionality of all security systems including CCTV, Alarms, and Access Controls.\nProvide on-site support to personnel in the form of first response, investigations, communications, and escalations.\nLead meetings, collaborations, initiatives and organizing of behalf of Global Security.\nMaintain accurate records through various interfaces for data collection.\nJob Specific Requirements\nOutstanding interpersonal skills, and strong oral, written communication, and project management skills to include being detail oriented, organized and possessing strong time management skills\nThe ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, while meeting demanding deadlines\nDemonstrated success in team building and collaborating across departments\nProven problem-solving skills\nExperience in and knowledge of Asset Protection and Investigative techniques\nProficiency with Apple products, platforms and applications\nExpert with physical security (locks, keys, CCTV, card access, radios, burglar and fire alarms)\nUnderstand architect drawings, floor plans, security layouts and designing security plans\nExperience working with security operations centers\nAbility to maintain a high level of business acumen and professionalism\nExpert with managing multiple projects. The ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment\nDemonstrated ability and knowledge in crisis management, threat/risk identification as well as mitigation actions.\nMust have thorough knowledge of management principles and practices and personnel supervision and staff development.\nExperience responding to unforeseen emergencies, identifying future risks, and providing counter strategies.\nStrong interpersonal skills, ability to liaison both internally and with external organizations such as law enforcement and counterparts in both public and private sectors\nMust be able to work a flexible schedule and evening hours to support after hours events and extended operating hours. \nAble to Travel within North America (40%)\nQualifications\nFour year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field\nPrevious Contract Security, facilities management, military or law enforcement experience\nAt least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience (depending on size/scope of client).\nAbility to develop and grow customer relationships\nExperience in hiring, developing, motivating and retaining quality staff\nOutstanding interpersonal and communications skills required\nAbility to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis\nPrevious payroll, billing and scheduling experience preferred\nAbility to work in a team-oriented management environment while having an entrepreneurial attitude\nKey Competencies: Staff Management, Financial Management, Integrity, Problem Solving, Conflict Management, Time Management, Customer Focus, Timely Decision Making, Motivating and Directing Others, Drive for Results\nBONUS QUALIFICATIONS:\nProject management experience preferred\nBENEFITS:\nMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance\nEnrollment in our company’s 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirements\nEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days\nVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
