This role partners with security leadership and business stakeholders to strengthen organizational preparedness and response capabilities. The Emergency Management Coordinator is expected to be on site, Monday-Friday, and be able to physically respond to the site for any incidents after hours.\nSalary: $109,803.20 / year\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage emergency and crisis management programs, plans, and training.\nMaintain Emergency Management Plans (EMP), Emergency Action Plans (EAP), and Crisis Management Plans.\nSupport site incident assessment and emergency/crisis response.\nPartner with security leadership and business stakeholders on preparedness and response.\nServe as an emergency/crisis liaison during incidents, as needed.\nDevelop and deliver training, maintain records, and evaluate training effectiveness.\nBe able to work in an office environment with regular computer, telephone, and radio use. Position may require sitting, standing, walking, bending, light lifting, stretching, and reaching. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.\nMinimum Qualifications (MUST HAVE):\nCandidates must have at least 10 years of emergency services management-related experience, including program management, emergency/crisis planning, incident response, security program management, and training development.\nCandidates must also meet one of the following:\nMaster's degree in emergency management, health and safety, or related field; or\nBachelor's degree in a related field + 4 years of security/program management and planning experience; or\nAssociate degree in a related field + 10 years of security/program management and planning experience; or\nHigh school diploma/equivalent + 12 years of security program planning and management experience.\nAdditional Requirements\nStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills.\nAbility to lead priorities and make decisions in stressful, rapidly changing environments.\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and PDF documents.\nPreferred Qualifications (NICE TO HAVE):\nMilitary or civilian law enforcement experience with emergency services expertise.\nIncident Commander, field team leader, or Emergency Operations Center (EOC) leadership experience during actual incidents.\nKnowledge of CERT, USAR, ICS, and FEMA programs.\nFEMA IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, and IS-800 certifications.\nEMT, paramedic, or equivalent medical certification.\nExperience with emergency evacuations, triage, accountability, program launches, or emergency-management training.\nBenefits\nMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan and disability insurance\nEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days\nVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly;
