The National Operations Coordinator supports field operations, evaluates operational performance, recommends process improvements, maintains customer relationships, ensures compliance with company procedures, and maintains accurate operational documentation.\nThe National Operations Coordinator may expect to travel up to 25% of their time.\nFleet experience required. We're seeking hands-on vehicle management, fuel cards, and driver compliance. A CDL or DOT background is a plus.\nStart in fleet and grow into safety. You'll run fleet and our DOT program first. We'll teach you the safety side.\nIn the office daily, with hands-on training. You'll work from our Dallas office alongside the fleet and safety leaders.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupport the field in coordinating and managing daily operations to meet customer expectations and company goals\nMaintain compliant, efficient operations by following company standards and procedures and keeping accurate operational documentation\nMonitor and report key operational performance metrics to the executive team, providing insight into trends, risks, variances, and corrective actions to drive accountability and continuous improvement\nServe as DOT Coordinator and oversee fleet compliance, safety training, insurance administration, accident investigations, and annual reporting\nAdminister preventive maintenance, including governance, accountability, maintenance approvals, and service oversight\nManage fleet fuel cards, tolls, rentals, telematics, vendors, and vehicle and upfit specifications\nCoordinate facility vendors, leasing, office moves, quarterly site inspections, certification verification, compliance documentation, reporting, and presentation\nEvaluate operational performance, recommend improvements, and promptly resolve process issues\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers through regular meetings and communication\nQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nMinimum of three (3) years of experience working in an operational environment\nExcellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong organizational, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage multiple programs, projects, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively while building positive relationships with employees, vendors, and executive-level clients\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred\nKnowledge of electronic security systems, access control, or alarm monitoring.\nBENEFITS:\nMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance\nEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days\nVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
