Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote teamwork, open communication, and professional development\nBuild, maintain and grow relationships with clients by understanding their security needs and ensuring satisfaction\nTravel to client locations and industry related conferences and events to strengthen customer relationships, provide solutions to critical situations and ensure overall client and employee satisfaction\nDeliver high-quality service to our clients by strategically leading the branch’s operations, while maintaining industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements\nAnalyze, report and drive operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using Allied Universal's Business Intelligence Platform, maximizing efficiency and productivity\nIdentify and mitigate security risks; develop and implement security protocols, training and response plans\nFinancial Performance and Growth:\nManage the P&L and drive financial performance through budget allocation, revenue growth, profitability, cash collections and expense management; develop strategies and employ tactics with the Regional Vice President and Finance team to achieve all financial targets\nCollaborate with the sales, marketing and enterprise accounts teams to identify and close new business development opportunities\nQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):\nMust possess one or more of the following:\nBachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or a related field with five (5) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry\nAssociate’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field with seven (7) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry\nHigh School diploma with ten (10) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry\nCurrent driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events)\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience, driving operational and financial metrics while demonstrating strong financial acumen\nMinimum of (2) years of experience in successfully building and developing teams\nLeadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results\nAbility to collaborate across multiple business units and regions to creatively support client's growth and satisfaction\nResults-oriented problem-solving skills that meet client and employee needs, while running a profitable business\nProficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations\nDynamic networking skills displaying a commitment to safety and trust by participating in local community, client and industry events\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):\nBilingual Spanish skills are a plus\nLaw enforcement, military, and/or contract or proprietary security services experience\nExperience managing a dispersed workforce in a multi-location operation\nBENEFITS:\nMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan and disability insurance\nEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days\nVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly; unused vacation is only paid out where required by law\n#LI-26\nFlorida State Security Agency License No. B8500287\nClosing\nAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
