Explore key roles, such as executive protection agents, intelligence analysts, armed security operatives, x-ray screeners, and security consultants.\nPay Rate\nJob Description\nGSOC Program Manager\nAllied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services | Risk & Consulting Group\nPay is $83,200 annually\nHours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, flexibility required, based on business need\nPosition Overview\nAllied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services, within our Risk & Consulting Group, is seeking a GSOC Program Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).\nThe GSOC Program Manager is responsible for protecting personnel, assets, and facilities through effective operational leadership, incident management, threat monitoring, and continuous program improvement. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and global security teams to ensure operational excellence, strengthen security capabilities, and align security operations with business objectives.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong leadership and program management skills with hands-on experience in global security operations, physical security technologies, incident response, and cross-functional collaboration.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperations Management\nProvide strategic leadership and oversight of GSOC operations, ensuring effective monitoring, incident response, and business continuity support across a global environment.\nServe as the primary point of contact for the GSOC, coordinating with client stakeholders, internal partners, and global operations teams to ensure consistent service delivery and operational alignment.\nLead incident escalation and response coordination, including real-time decision-making, stakeholder communications, and post-incident reviews.\nDevelop, implement, and continuously improve GSOC policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), incident response plans, and operational standards.\nManage, coach, and develop GSOC personnel through training, performance management, quality assurance audits, and operational readiness exercises.\nOversee threat intelligence, risk monitoring, and enterprise-wide security event management, delivering timely, actionable information to relevant stakeholders.\nDrive operational excellence through key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, trend analysis, reporting, and data-driven recommendations to improve response times, efficiency, and program effectiveness.\nLead the implementation of new technologies, security systems, and process improvements while supporting field security teams, site stakeholders, and vendor relationships.\nEnsure compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations, and industry best practices through regular audits, assessments, and ongoing program evaluations.\nTechnical Management\nProgram, configure, and support physical security systems, including access control and video management platforms such as Alta Open and Alta Video.\nCoordinate camera onboarding, system optimization, and deployment planning with vendors and internal stakeholders.\nOversee vendor installations, project schedules, and technical implementation activities.\nServe as an escalation point for system outages, controller failures, degraded performance, and recurring technical issues.\nCoordinate break-fix activities and troubleshooting efforts to restore system functionality and minimize operational disruptions.\nReview and optimize alarm configurations to improve system performance and reduce nuisance alarms.\nSupport data automation initiatives, security event integrations, and reporting enhancements.\nRequired Qualifications\nCandidates must meet the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nCertified Protection Professional (CPP) certification through ASIS International.\nPhysical Security Professional (PSP) certification through ASIS International.\nAt least three (3) years of Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) operations experience.\nAt least two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably within the security industry.\nExperience with security and operational platforms such as Lenel, Milestone, ServiceNow, Everbridge, or similar technologies.\nDemonstrated experience managing teams, programs, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced operational environment.\nExperience with access control systems, video management systems, and incident management platforms.\nStrong understanding of physical security operations, incident management, threat monitoring, and business continuity principles.\nExcellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong written communication and report-writing capabilities.\nProven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous operational improvement.\nAbility to perform effectively under pressure and make sound decisions during critical incidents.\nProficiency with security technologies, reporting tools, and operational analytics.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting security operations within the technology industry.\nBenefits\nAllied Universal offers a benefits package that includes:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance.\nBasic life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and disability insurance.\nEligibility to participate in the company’s 401(k)\nAbout Allied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services\nAllied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services provides specialized security and risk management solutions designed to help organizations protect their people, property, and operations.
