Explore key roles, such as executive protection agents, intelligence analysts, armed security operatives, x-ray screeners, and security consultants.\nPosition Details\n Shift: (3rd) Friday - Monday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM\nPay Rate: $28.85 per hour\n* This position is not a cyber-security position. *\nAs a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator, you will use open-source material to find, research, and assess information that could indicate a potential concern to the client, its employees, and its interests. You will create detailed reports of incidents using internal incident management reporting systems and assist in the response to larger incidents that impact the client and develop protocols and practices to drive efficiency and to manage crises.\nThe GSOC operator will help to continually identify, evaluate, and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop best in class programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.\nTo be successful in this role applicants must possess the ability to interact with all levels of corporation management, liaison internally and externally with a multitude of other departments and personnel. Strong oral communication and representational skills are required.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nMonitor multiple security platforms, including access control, CCTV, alarm monitoring, and other security technologies.\nReceive, assess, document, and escalate security events in accordance with established procedures.\nInvestigate alarms and security incidents while coordinating appropriate responses with internal stakeholders and field personnel.\nCreate clear, accurate, and timely incident reports using internal reporting systems.\nMaintain real-time situational awareness by monitoring security events and emerging risks that may impact operations.\nCommunicate critical information to leadership and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.\nSupport emergency response activities and business continuity procedures when required.\nFollow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist with identifying opportunities for operational improvements.\nMaintain confidentiality while handling sensitive and proprietary information.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support a safe and secure operating environment.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nJob Requirements:\nMinimum of 1 year of Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) experience.\nExperience monitoring security technologies such as CCTV, access control systems, alarm monitoring platforms, or related security systems.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to write detailed incident reports with proper grammar and professionalism.\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer-based applications.\nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.\nMust be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and maintain strict confidentiality.\nAbility to interact professionally with employees, clients, vendors, emergency responders, and executive leadership.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nMust be willing to attend training sessions that may occur outside of regularly scheduled work hours.\nCompensation, Benefits & Perks:\n$28.85 per hour\nAllied Universal Executive Protection and Intelligence offers industry leading benefits:\nMedical/Dental/Vision\nlife insurance\nPaid employee training and development\n401K\nEmployee assistance programs\nPaid holidays and flexible PTO (Paid Time Off)\nClosing\nAllied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
