You will monitor physical security systems, assess potential threats, investigate incidents, and communicate timely, actionable information to the appropriate stakeholders.\nUsing open-source intelligence, CCTV systems, access control platforms, alarm monitoring technologies, and other security tools, you will help identify emerging risks and support effective incident response. You will also prepare detailed incident reports, escalate security concerns, and contribute to procedures that strengthen operational efficiency and risk management.\nThe ideal candidate has experience in a GSOC, emergency call center, alarm monitoring center, or similar security operations environment. Strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct day-to-day physical security monitoring, incident detection, investigation, and reporting within a Global Security Operations Center.\nMonitor CCTV, access control systems, alarms, and other physical security technologies to identify suspicious activity and potential security threats.\nReview alerts, investigate incidents, determine appropriate escalation procedures, and conduct follow-up as needed.\nCollect, evaluate, and communicate information related to physical security incidents to support the safety and security of client personnel, facilities, and assets.\nUse open-source information to research and assess potential threats, emerging risks, and security concerns affecting the client and its interests.\nPrepare and publish accurate, detailed physical security incident reports using internal incident management systems.\nProvide timely situational awareness and communicate significant incidents and risks to management, security personnel, and other relevant stakeholders.\nSupport incident response and assist with the coordination of larger security events and emergencies.\nMaintain accurate incident records and follow established security protocols and reporting procedures.\nContribute to the development and improvement of GSOC procedures, operational standards, and risk management practices.\nCollaborate with physical security officers, specialists, and cross-functional teams to support effective security operations.\nMaintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and client-related matters.\nJob Requirements\n Minimum of 2 years of GSOC experience or equivalent experience in an emergency call center, alarm monitoring center, or similar security operations environment.\nStrong familiarity with GSOC technologies and physical security systems, including platforms such as ProWatch, Hakimo, ExacVision, Scylla AI, weapons-detection software, and radio communication systems.\nExperience with CCTV monitoring, access control systems, alarm monitoring, incident detection, and security event escalation.\nStrong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to assess information and identify potential security risks.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database and incident management systems.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to prepare clear, accurate, and professional incident reports with correct grammar, spelling, and formatting.\nAbility to communicate information confidently and effectively to peers, clients, executives, management, and other stakeholders.\nAbility to adapt quickly, prioritize competing tasks, and make sound decisions in dynamic situations.\nProfessional demeanor and composure when responding to stressful or time-sensitive incidents.\nWillingness to sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) and maintain strict confidentiality.\nAbility to attend required training events outside normal working hours when necessary.\nCompensation & Benefits\nHourly Pay: $25.00\nAllied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nLife insurance\nPaid employee training and professional development\n401(k) retirement plan\nEmployee assistance programs\nPaid holidays\nFlexible paid time off (PTO)\nEligibility for benefits is subject to applicable plan terms and employment requirements.\nWhy Join Allied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services?\nJoin a professional security team committed to proactive threat identification, physical security monitoring, and effective incident management.
