The Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading a team of Recruiters that source and drive a pipeline of qualified applicants to the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) for Security Professional Positions. The Manager will ensure all recruitment processes, practices, compliance, technology, community resources, and tools are used in the field to source quality candidates into open positions in a timely manner. They will also partner with the Portfolio Manager’s to maintain or exceed Non-Billable Overtime (NBOT) and Security Professional turnover.\nOnsite at the client location: 5 days a week\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nDirect all recruiter activities for the account and ensure:\nApproved high volume recruitment process is followed for improved time to fill\nUpdate recruiting procedures or create new procedures\nKeep track of recruiting metrics (ex: Time to hire, Source of hire, Attrition rate)\nAdequate number of qualified candidates are identified and screened.\nCreative sourcing tactics are used on a weekly basis\nCollege, Diversity, Military, and other targeted recruiting tactics are deployed\nCommunity Sources are set up and provide hires on a consistent basis\nAdvise hiring managers on interviewing techniques\nWage Subsidy programs are found and utilized as appropriate\nStaff meetings are conducted on a weekly basis\nWeekly recruitment reports are pulled from iCIMS and used as a management tool to target critical accounts and recruitment efforts\nNew recruiters and recruitment support staff are hired and trained appropriately\nRecruiters comply with contracts, state licensing, OFCCP, and other regulatory requirements related to recruitment\nWork with Operational leadership to provide guidance and guidelines to ensure hiring managers are participating in iCIMS and the process in a timely and appropriate manner\nWork in partnership with Client Account Operations Teams and Local Branch Operations to manage recruitment and retention activities:\nParticipate in sales presentations (when appropriate)\nAssist to manage client expectations around recruitment challenges\nEnsure client concerns are addressed, acted on, and improved in a reasonable time frame\nHold recruitment team accountable for understanding and complying with individual contract requirements\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nPossess one or more of the following:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years in a management role within a large service-related private sector organization\nBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field\nMinimum of four (4) years of experience recruiting in a high-volume, full-life-cycle recruiting environment\nExperience working with advanced recruitment technology and talent management systems (Internet search engines, social media sites, ATS, etc.)\nHighly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology\nPossess a thorough understanding of state hiring laws, compliance with OFCCP/Affirmative Action processes, and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) compliance\nDemonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines\nProfessional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion\nOutstanding oral and written communication skills\nAbility to take initiative; successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nOne or more of the following recruiting certifications:\nCertified Internet Recruiter\nCertified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter\nProfessional Recruiter Certification\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:\nBase salary range: $130,000 to $160,000 (depending on experience)\nMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan and disability insurance\nEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days\nVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
