The KPI Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks that drive strategic decision-making and operational effectiveness. The KPI Manager works cross-functionally to align business objectives with measurable outcomes, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.\nThe KPI Manager is a hybrid office/remote role. Office location may be in Los Angeles or Los Gatos, California; Seattle, Washington; or Chelsea, New York.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelop, track, and report KPIs across departments to support strategic goals and operational performance\nCollaborate with leadership to identify performance metrics relevant to each business unit\nAnalyze trends, variances, and patterns in performance data to support data-driven decisions\nDesign and implement dashboards and reporting tools using the Google Workspace\nLead regular performance review meetings with department heads to assess progress against targets\nProvide actionable insights and recommend corrective actions when KPIs are off-target\nEnsure consistency and data integrity in all KPI reporting and definitions across the company\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes with relevant performance data\nManage monthly invoices based on client requirements, ensuring billing accuracy, PO updates, and timely submission to the client\nTrain staff on KPI methodology and ensure alignment in understanding and usage of metrics\nStay current with best practices in performance measurement and operational analytics\nMaintain the client facing portal. Collect relevant information, compile findings, and prepare and distribute a weekly activity report.\nConduct monthly onboarding and offboarding audits to ensure compliance with background check requirements, accuracy of employee documentation, and timely completion of offboarding activities, including system access removal and record maintenance\nReview and analyze existing security policies and procedures and develop operational guidelines for new security systems and response protocols\nQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAbility to meet and maintain any applicable state licensing or certification requirements\nMinimum of two (2) years of project management experience\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience conducting compliance auditing, to include executing complex audit plans\nExceptional oral and written interpersonal communication skills\nExtensive knowledge and implementation experience with advanced risk-based audit methodologies, policies, and procedures, aimed at consistently improving audit quality\nSkilled in producing fact-based audit findings and crafting actionable recommendations that address risks and gain buy-in from various levels of management\nAbility to provide insightful analysis of audit results to senior committees and leaders, facilitating root cause analysis and driving sustainable control improvements\nStrong technical proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Excel with ability to quickly adapt to financial reporting systems\nStrong commitment to maintaining the independence and ethical standards of the audit team while fostering productive collaboration with management at all levels\nHave an expert skillset with Google Workspace\nAbility to create documents, edit documents, and review large volumes of documents for errors with little guidance\nAble to plan, manage, and follow through on projects and audits, meeting strict deadlines\nHave knowledge of and be able to learn new software platforms such as SharePoint\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):\nExperience in executing group audits with international component auditors\nCollege degree in Business, Project Management, or other administrative management field\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:\nPay Rate: $75,000 to $110,000 per year\nMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance\nEligibility for our retirement plans\nEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days\nVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
