The Enterprise Account Portfolio Manager (EAPM) builds strong relationships with a clients’ corporate security executives and leadership across multiple states, while collaborating with branch offices and corporate support functions on key client initiatives.\nPosition requires 4 days working onsite client corporate office in St Louis, MO and 1 day remote.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nRelationship Management and Client Intimacy:Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise clients and Allied Universal’s branch teams, ensuring service level delivery and customer satisfaction through in person and virtual meetings. \nAbility to travel domestic ranging from 35% to 75% of the time based on client and company needs\nPrepare PowerPoint presentations and facilitate client quarterly and annual business reviews\n\nTime and Operational Oversight:Analyze, report and drive operational metrics and KPIs using Allied Universal’s Business Intelligence Platform, maximizing efficiency and productivity\nIdentify and mitigate security risks: develop and implement security protocols, ongoing training, response plans and solutions to maintain contract compliance\n\nFinancial Performance and Growth:Manage the P&L and drive financial performance through budget allocation, revenue growth, profitability, cash collections and expense management; develop strategies to achieve all financial targets\nCollaborate with the sales, marketing, and field leadership to lead a contract renewal or rebid process\n\nQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):\nMust possess one or more of the following:\nBachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field with a least three (3) years of management experience in a high -workforce environment or service industry\nAssociate’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field with five (5) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry\nHigh school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of seven (7) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industry\nMinimum of two (2) years of account management experience driving customer solutions\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience driving operational and financial metrics while demonstrating strong financial acumen\nLeadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results\nAbility to collaborate across multiple branches and support departments to creatively support client's satisfaction\nResults-oriented problem-solving skills that meet client and employee needs, while running a profitable business\nProficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations \nDynamic networking skills displaying a commitment to safety and trust by participating in local community, client and industry events\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):\nMilitary veteran, law enforcement, or contract or proprietary security services experience\nBENEFITS:\nMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance\nEligibility for our retirement plans\nEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days\nVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
