The Armed Security Operative will conduct armed and/or unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior and/or exterior). Additional duties include controlling access and egress; monitoring CCTV and alarm systems; composing reports; deterring criminal activity and misconduct.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities\nRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner\nConduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.\nIntercede, escort, or assist in escorting, persons as needed\nObserve and report inappropriate or suspicious behavior and/or materials/objects to the client\nCommunicate and/or document any irregular security-related or safety-related incidents\nMinimum Requirements:\nBe at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles\nPossess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience\nAs a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
