Explore key roles, such as executive protection agents, intelligence analysts, armed security operatives, x-ray screeners, and security consultants.\nPay Rate\nJob Description\nAllied Universal® Enhanced Protection Services division is seeking a results-driven, highly motivated GSOC Operator to support our client in Raleigh NC.Available shifts are as follows: Pays is $26.50 per hour\nSaturday & Sunday, 8:30pm to 8:30am\n As a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator, you will use open-source material to find, research, and assess information that could indicate a potential concern to the client, its employees, and its interests. This position will focus on physical security risks. You will create detailed reports of physical security risk incidents using internal incident management reporting systems and assist in the response to larger incidents that impact the client and develop protocols and practices to drive efficiency and to manage crises.\nThe physical security operations center GSOC operator will help to continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop best in class programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.\nTo be successful in this role applicants must possess the ability to interact with all levels of corporation management, liaison internally and externally with a multitude of other departments and personnel. Strong oral communication and representational skills are required.\nWork in a physical security focused Global Security Operations Center, analyzing threats and vulnerabilities.\nMonitor alerts, investigate incidents, escalate as appropriate, and follow up as needed.\nWrite and publish physical security incident investigation reports to provide situational awareness and communicate risks to management.\nExecute day-to-day monitoring, incident detection, and reporting.\nCollect, evaluate, and disseminate situations and incidents relating to CCTV and Access control systems, at the GSOC level--to support the safety and security of client personnel, facilities and assets, business operations, and reputation.\nUse open-source material to find, research, and assess information that could indicate a potential concern to the Client, their employees, and their interests.\nContribute to procedures and processes to standardize and enhance risk management.\nWork closely with physical security officers and specialists.\nJob Requirements:\nMust have a minimum of 2 years or more of GSOC experience or equivalent.
