Join us and grow with a leader in the industry!\nPay Rate\nJob Description\nDiversified Maintenance is hiring a Project Manager. The Project Manager provides direct oversight to hourly employees. The Project Manager ensures that standards are being met, locations are fully staffed and continually works to develop the employees that report to them. Through evaluation of sites, and excellent communication skills, the Project Manager ensures customer satisfaction on every level.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nRecruit and hire employees to assure accounts are properly staffed according to contract specifications.\nAssign duties and tasks to employees and inspect work for cleanliness and completion\nDetermine work procedures and prepare schedules while ensuring the account stays within the given labor budget\nConduct new hire orientation, safety training, job training, etc. to assure hourly employees can perform tasks in an efficient and safe manner\nPrepare and review all required paperwork such as time sheets, accident reports, new hire paperwork, employee training records, work orders, equipment and supply orders, etc.\nCreate an open line of communication by assisting in employee relations problems, and coaching and counseling employees to empower success\nEstablish relationships with customers by visiting accounts on a regular basis to ensure the highest quality of service\nResolve problems and complaints in a timely manner to maintain the highest customer satisfaction possible\nDocument customer contacts and concerns on an on-going basis, and assist with follow through to ensure issues are resolved\nMonitor assigned accounts for work order opportunities and additional work that can be added to the contract\nQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nMinimum of two (2) years of management experience in a service-related industry\nMinimum of three years of operational experience in the janitorial industry\nBusiness level oral and written communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English\nAbility to multitask and adapt to changing environments\nExcellent customer service skills; active listening skills\nAbility to lead and encourage teamwork; ability to negotiate and resolve conflict\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):\nBilingual; ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish, French, or other languages\nPrior cleaning or janitorial experience\nFamiliarity with custodial practices and commercial cleaning standards\nKnowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxing\nExperience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance\nBENEFITS:\nMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan and disability insurance\nEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days\nVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
