The Project Manager will administratively support regional leadership by managing and tracking deliverable, managing project deadlines, driving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement and company initiatives.\nPlease note: This is a contract role that ends August 2027.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nEnsure direct and indirect reports meet company standards pertaining to quality of work performed on an ongoing basis\nDevelop and implement training materials; regional processes and procedures\nLead strategic projects; direct the work of regional management; establish and delegate deadlines\nDevelop and support the implementation of performance improvement plans\nCoordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project plans, timelines, and deliverables\nPartner with regional leaders to complete client-based projects, identifying areas for improvement\nCreate, track, and maintain various weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports utilizing internal systems and dashboards\nProvide administrative support as assigned by the region, to include submitting travel arrangements, printing, copying, processing invoices and submitting expense reports\nPrepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as requested\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMust possess one or more of the following:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field\nAssociate’s Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of administrative management experience \nHigh school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of administrative management experience\nAdministrative management experience in an office setting\nHighly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize multiple systems and applications \nAbility to work with new or existing presentation to create and deliver appealing, persuasive, and effective presentations\nDemonstrated problem solving, confidence and decision-making ability to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines in a fast-paced environment \nStrong financial skills with the ability to analyze data and report on regional metrics\nAbility to prioritize workload based on urgency; able to delegate time sensitive tasks and communicate to a range of audiences including to executive management\nBONUS QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED):\nProject management experience\nBENEFITS:\nBase wage: $70,000 - $100,000(Compensation for this role will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and market alignment.
