This is your opportunity to lead with purpose, make a real impact, and create a safer environment for those who count on you.\nWhy Join Allied Universal?\nCareer Growth: Opportunities to advance within a global leader in security services\nImpactful Work: Play a vital role in protecting people, property, and businesses\nSupportive Team: Work with caring professionals dedicated to safety and excellence\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nManage scheduling: Leverage AI-powered technology to effectively schedule security officers, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime\nLead and Develop Security Teams: Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations\nEnhance Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property\nHandle Security Incidents and Emergencies: Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams\n Direct Compliance and Security Operational Excellence: Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies)\nQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nLicensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment\nValid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment\nExperience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships\nKnowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination\nProven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner\nProficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office\nAbility to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence\nFinancial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs; planning and organizing skills to control costs related to inventory (uniforms, equipment, etc.)\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):\nCollege degree in Business Administration or a law enforcement-related field\nLaw enforcement, military, and/or contract or proprietary security services, or facility management experience\nAmerican Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification\nPrevious payroll, billing, or scheduling experience\nAptitude with security systems: CCTV, access control, and badge administration\nGraduate of certified public safety academy (e.g., Law Enforcement, Firefighter/Paramedic, Corrections Officer)\nBENEFITS:\nMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance\nEnrollment in our company’s 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirements\nEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days\nVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
