In this driving post, you will manage site access, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry to manufacturing and industrial areas in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records; issue and recover access credentials as directed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, business areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
