In this leadership position, you’ll drive complex projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and stakeholders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering results, this is your opportunity to make an impact.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nPlan and manage projects to optimize resource allocation, scheduling, and timely execution within budget \nMonitor and control project budgets, including full P&L responsibility, collection efforts and accurate invoicing through ERP systems \nSupervise installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality work on large and complex systems \nMaintain timely and strategic communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams to align efforts with business goals \nImplement change orders and adapt installation and pricing plans as needed \nPlan and schedules engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities on large and/or complex systems \nIdentify, troubleshoot and resolve project issues using financial, contractual, and operational tools to maintain profitability, engaging leadership as needed \nMaintain construction schedules and coordinates scheduling with other trades, while developing contingency plans and proactively managing risks to ensure project success \nEnsure accurate records of job status, job changes and material flow throughout the project \nConduct site walks and attend onsite customer meeting \nQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):\nHigh school diploma or equivalent \nCurrent driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events) \nMinimum of three (3) years of project management, engineering, construction, electronic security or field service experience \nExperience managing multiple projects (portfolio) of at least $1M \nProficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint) \nLeadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, as well as manage delivery timeframes \nAbility to manage multiple projects, work independently and meet deadlines \nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):\nAssociate’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field \nSolid knowledge of PM techniques and tools, general knowledge of contract laws and regulations \nProject Management experience in the electronic security industry field \nFactory certifications in relevant technology platforms is a plus (Software House, Lenel, Brivo, Open Options, Exacq, American Dynamics, Milestone, OnSSI, etc.). \nKnowledge of project management software (e.g., PM Workbench, MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam) and ERP systems \nPMP, CSPM, CAPM or equivalent project management certification \nBENEFITS:\nPay: Base salary + 20% bonus potential (4% quarterly and 4% annually) + company vehicle + gas card \nMedical, dental, vision, retirement plan, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance \nEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days \nVacation time is offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
