The Security Systems Specialist is responsible for the support of all physical security systems including access control, CCTV operations, and dedicated alarm systems on a global wide spectrum. This position will also serve as the point of contact for training users to operate the access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.\nAnnual salary 95K-105K\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nManage all operator users and utilize CCURE 9000, Exacqvision, and TDS for all Access Control, CCTV, and Visitor Management functions.\nServe as a Project Manager for all Security System related migrations and projects\nCoordinate with client Security Operations Lead and Senior Security Manager on System projects\nManage all Badge Administration duties and responsibilities\nDevelop and manage all training guides for all security systems for end users\nResponsible for triaging and diagnosing all system errors and issues and auditing all critical alarms for functionality\nServe as point of contact with Security Systems Vendor; manage vendor relationship; make recommendations to customer regarding service quality and upgrade needs\nCreate all operator accounts for new and existing users for CURE 9000, ExacqVision, TDS, ITRAK, and Security Shared Mailboxes\nUpdate and manage all Security System Standard Operating Procedures\nResponsible for auditing all hardware, clearances, and events to ensure functionality\nRespond after hours to system-related emergencies\nServe as Point of Contact for all Security System issues for all customer personnel\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Criminal Justice, or related field of study\nMinimum of three (3) years of experience managing or using Security Systems at an administrator level\nOutstanding oral and written communication skills; ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including with clients\nAbility to write manuals, review, and respond to written requests for proposals, training documents, and prepare extensive presentations\nProfessional, articulate, and able to use sound independent judgment and discretion\nStrong customer service and relationship building skills\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nExperience using or managing CCURE 9000, ExacqVision and TDS Visitor Management\nSecurity certifications such as Associate Protection Professional (APP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP)\nStrong knowledge of Physical Security Procedures and Risk Assessment\nKnowledge of IT Networking (IP Addresses, Subnet, Gateways, Servers)\nBENEFITS:\nMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance\nEnrollment in our company’s matching 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirements\nEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days\nVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
