The role will also act as support to pilot and execute new processes or improvements across all departments. The Data Analyst role will maintain the following responsibilities: Write and maintain process documents, assess current workflows and processes to identify areas of improvement and work with department subject matter experts on implementing those improvements, and will act as a support function to execute special time-sensitive projects as assigned.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nAnalyze current processes and procedures providing feedback and recommendations on process improvement \nCollaborate with department leaders on process improvement and reporting opportunities \nOwn development, maintenance, and generation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting in collaboration with department managers. \nDemonstrate understanding of Allied’s business needs, systems, and workflows \nExecutes daily processes and procedures as assigned \nPilot new internal processes and procedures \nWrites and maintains process documents \nCoordinates with other Allied operational units to resolve problems and implement enhancement requests \nBridge communications between technical and non-technical teams \nAssist with various team projects as assigned \nOther duties as assigned\nEDUCATION\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. \nEXPERIENCE AND SKILLS\n2-3 years related experience as a business, systems, or data quality analyst required. \nPrior experience with SQL (specifically, MSQL) and report writing required. \nExpertise with GCP and BigQuery preferred. \nGeneral familiarity with project management, especially in a waterfall methodology. \nTechnically capable of understanding and adapting to new software programs. \nCommunication Skills - excellent written and verbal. \nPOSITION COMPETENCIES\nAccountability\nAnalytical Problem Solving\nCollaboration\nQuality and Risk Management\nSystem Thinking\nTechnical/Functional Expertise\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThis is a standard desk role requiring extended sitting and computer work\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nRemote \nHere at Allied, we believe that great talent can thrive from anywhere.
