This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple advertising campaigns across various media channels. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment while supporting senior team members in delivering exceptional service to clients.\nEssential Duties And Responsibilities\nMedia Trafficking and Campaign Management\nMaintain and traffic ad plans including updating templates, building insertion orders, and providing traffic instructions\nEnsure proper placement across all advertising mediums (TV, print, OOH, radio)\nWork with vendors to track advertisement placements, build billing statements, and collect affidavits for campaign settlements\nSecure client approval of ad campaigns and traffic ads for placement\nMaintain updated rates and media kits through direct communication with media representatives\nClient Support and Coordination\nTake detailed notes during meetings and transmit recaps through active listening, research, and organization\nCoordinate localization of print ads, radio and TV spots, and promotional materials\nWork with client ticketing departments to build discount offers and qualifier codes\nTrack results for client reporting\nAssist Account Strategists/Media Buying team with scheduling and coordinating intern duties\nFinancial and Administrative Support\nSupport billing processes including invoice processing and reconciliation\nManage design order requests and coordinate with creative teams\nMaintain accurate financial records for client campaigns\nCreate and update ad plan templates and systems for trafficking\nHandle general administrative tasks including filing, copying, shipping/mailing\nPromotions and Partnerships\nBuild and manage promotional partnerships with organizations and vendors\nNegotiate trade and promotional opportunities as well as grassroots efforts\nCoordinate and track trade/promotional tickets and set up discount offers with promotional partners\nAssist in coordination of promotional appearances\nProvide on-site support for clients and events as needed\nSkills, Knowledge, And Abilities\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Programs in a Mac environment\nExperience with Google Drive and Google Docs\nKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (recommended but not required)\nAbility to learn new digital software quickly\nExperience with digital and online/social media applications\nExcellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills\nAbility to make swift decisions and solve problems quickly under pressure\nCreative thinking and problem-solving capabilities\nStrong team orientation and collaborative mindset\nDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nRequired Education/Experience\nBachelor's degree required\nPrevious marketing experience preferred\nDetails:\nThis position will be eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance as well as 401k, paid parental leave, and Flex PTO).
