This includes instructor led classes, colleague shadowing and taking calls.\nCustomer Experience Center is open 24/7/365\nShift/schedule will be assigned after 8 weeks of training\nCurrent shift start times are from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM\nShift end times are 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM\nWeekends may be a part of schedule\nCandidates must be flexible to meet business needs\nPublic transportation options are available for both locations\nLearn a little more about what makes our customer experience centers unique:\nMeet our Care Team members: Customer Experience Center\nAn ideal candidate would possess:\nAbility to work efficiently in a fast paced, demanding environment with high call volume.\nDetail oriented individual with strong relationship building skills, excellent verbal communication, good listening, and strong telephone etiquette\nAbility to effectively incorporate use of technology\nProblem solving skills as related to appointment scheduling\nAbility to maintain confidentiality of patient and practice information\nConsistent attendance and punctuality\nJob Description:\nPerform basic scheduling and phone support with an emphasis on customer service to enhance the consumer experience. Assist patients, clinical professionals and the general public with access to healthcare services.Principle Responsibilities\nProvides patient access to systemwide services.Identifies need of customer by using active listen skills.\nAssists patient, clinical professionals and the general public with access to health care services.\nPerforms scheduling and phone support with an emphasis on customer service to enhance the customer experience.\nMay assist customers with systemwide navigation.\nMay provide systemwide paging services.\n\nEnsures data collection entries are accurate and complete.Systemwide registration processes are consistently followed to ensure accuracy.\nMay include data needed to page critical events.\nMay include creating telephone and triage encounters.\n\nUtilizes various computer systems to perform scheduling and registration process including an electronic medical record.May utilizing digital platform tools.\nMay operate a multi-phone system.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nMust be 16 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description \nPreferred Qualifications\nHigh school/GED, associate's degree, or vocational degree \nExperience in a health care setting \nExperience with Healthcare Scheduling \nExperience with Customer Service \nPhysical Demands\nSedentary:\nLifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently\nPay Range\nPay Range: $20.79 to $28.31 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
